When Riddhima goes to tell her father Dr. Shashank about Armaan and her, she finds him extremely upset and tearfully pleading to someone on the phone regarding the crisis in Sanjeevani. She is extremely upset and does not tell him anything. When Armaan questions her, she is not able to tell him the reason why they cannot tell her father now. This upsets Armaan. Nikki is shocked to find them arguing and is caught up trying to make both see the reason why the other is upset.
